Lisa will perform at a benefit for Move-On.org to raise money for last minute ad campaigns in swing states. Thursday, Octover 21 at Slim's, 333 11th St. in San Francisco. Bands, comedians, slam poets, raffles. Check it out! Doors open at 7. Lisa is scheduled to go on a 8. $10.00 cover.
Lisa will conduct a workshop, The Thrill of Performance Poetry, at the Sebastopol Center for the Arts as part of their Writer's Sampler series on Monday October 18, 2004.

After competing in the last 6 National Poetry Slams (1995-2000), Lisa is on hiatus from slamming to focus on writing a screenplay--a scorching political satire that aspires to inspire multitudes.

July 12, 2000 Lisa will be among the poets performing at City Lights Bookstore in San Francisco on Columbus Street in North Beach. The event will be celebrating the release of the official Poetry Slam Anthology.
